Eight years ago, Justin Lamoureux was a middle school teacher marshalling classes of raucous teenagers as he taught them French, Maths and Science. His workplace today couldnմ be more different. Working from his home shop in St Norbert Lamoureux starts the day by lighting his forge before picking up his hammer and anvil, ready to shape sheets of steel into daggers, cleavers and bowies.
