RUTH BONNEVILLE / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS Weather Standup - Pickleball A group of colleagues spend their lunch hour enjoying some fresh air and a game of Pickle ball on Tuesday at Sir John Franklin Park. The colleagues from the Canadian Chid Protection Agency have made it a routine to grab their raquets, balls and snow shovels and make their way over to the park on Wellington Crescent. Sometimes it's snow covered so they spend the first part of the time shovelling off the court. Even in weather as cold as -20 you can find them outside playing pickle ball. When spotted on Tuesday the weather was mild and no need to shovel off the court.
