ENT Intergalactic Sauces

Co-owners of Intergalactic Sauces, Dan Trupp and Josh Ayers (right, white sleeves) with their collection of sauces.

Story: for an Intersection piece on Intergalactic Sauces. Dan and his business partner Josh Ayers were doing pop-up taco stands in 2018 and 2019, and were producing their own hot sauces, to go along with their food. The pop-ups ground to a halt during COVID, which is when they switched gears, and concentrated on hot sauces, alone.

They have five core flavours, but regularly collaborate with people/groups/organizations to come up with super-unique sauces; this week they're releasing a honey-dill sauce, in tandem with punk group Comeback Kid, to commemorate the anniversary of the band's debut album.
