Ahead of their announcement of the initiative for the Black Film and Music Festival on Thursday morning, filmmakers Rogers Ofime and Gloria Thompson discussed their careers and their desire to provide a centralized database of Black filmmakers, actors, designers and musical professionals to help ease the way for more collaboration and creativity to flourish..
