More Info Eleven of Manitoba’s tourism mascots come together for a furry photo op as they welcome arriving visitors to Winnipeg. This year’s line-up includes Charlie Horse from Assiniboia Downs, Winston from Assiniboine Park, Parka from Parks Canada, Manny Tuba from Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, Folklorama Llama, Léo from Festival du Voyageur, Hobbs from the Western Canada Aviation Museum, Filbert from Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Billy from the University of Manitoba Bison, Wesley Coyote from the University of Winnipeg Wesmen and Toba from Travel Manitoba.
