01052025 BU alumna and visual artist Jessi Jannuska gives advice to fellow bead-work enthusiasts in the Brandon University John E. Robbins Library on Thursday while leading the Community Healing Beading Project. Jannuska, A BU graduate with a bachelor of fine arts, has led the beading workshops to create a large beaded group art piece that she plans to exhibit as part of upcoming exhibitions at the Graffiti Gallery in Winnipeg later this year and the Art Gallery of Southwestern Manitoba in 2027. The group has been meeting since October of last year and Jannuska is looking at continuing the project through the summer.
