Avid fisherman Ron Pratt didn’t let the cold, wet and windy temperatures stop him and a friend from spending the afternoon fishing in the Red River near St. Vital Park on Friday. Despite the bad weather they still caught a few bullheads and channel Catfish which they through back. Pratt runs a group called Fishing Friends Manitoba which enables people of all ages and skill levels the opportunity to get out fishing. May 16th, 2025
