MIKE DEAL / FREE PRESS Kara-Lyn Walker with her dogs, Sadie, a Chug (Chihuahua and Pug) and Bronte an AmStaff (American Staffordshire Terrier), outside her suite at 105 Hallet Street. Kara-Lyn is speaking out about the conditions of her Point Douglas rental unit, calling for stricter landlord legislation after police raider her neighbour's suite and then it was set on fire last month. It's the latest in a string of issues she's suffered under over roughly four years, after her son died and a women's resource centre placed her inside a suite at 105 Hallet Street.
