The Ifantis family that owns George's Burgers and Subs next door bought the Maxime's building and land, and they are planning to develop the land to include a new George's location and apartment block. I interviewed Dimitri Ifantis, George's franchise owner, but he also declined to have his photo taken. But maybe the photographer also wants to get a photo of the current George's location that's there, and something that shows all of the land behind George's that will be developed. Oct 3rd,, 2025
