LOCAL STDUP - Siloam Chefw

A group of chefs that are part of the Winnipeg Branch of the Canadian Culinary Federation, volunteer their time serving up a hot lunch to Siloam Mission guests on “International Day of the Chef” Monday. 

The "International Day of the Chef" at Siloam Mission is an annual event where local chefs and culinary volunteers prepare and serve a nutritious meal to homeless and less fortunate individuals in Winnipeg. This partnership, often involving the Winnipeg Branch of the Canadian Culinary Federation, aims to provide a high-quality meal to the community in honor of the day, which falls on October 20th. 

The hot lunch included, butternut squash soup, pulled pork sandwich and blueberry cobbler, all prepared from fresh ingredients that morning,
