BROOK JONES/FREE PRESS St. Vital Perimeter South resident Michelle Olivson is concerned about a potential development of 23 houses to be built on Daman Farm Road, which is within city limits but does not have city water service. City staff did not recommend the development because of concerns adding new wells in the area with the new houses would contaminate groundwater and harm human health.
