Photo description:
Brandon resident Kellen Millar, who walks with a cane around the city, takes his homemade remote control cart along the Daly Overpass pedestrian walkway on 18th Street to do some shopping on Monday afternoon, under a clear blue November sky. Calling it his "little workhorse," Millar created the remote-controlled cart in the spring. He guides it with a hand-held remote that can be moved with his thumb for ease of operation.
