Local 1460 Corydon

Photo of building at 1460 Corydon that developer wants to turn into a four-storey, mixed-use commercial and residential building.

More info: Developer is seeking a zoning variance that would allow it to build a four-storey, mixed-use commercial and residential building at 1460 Corydon Ave. This is an area primarily surrounded by single-family homes. The public service is recommending city council approve the variance request so the project can move ahead, but some residents are critical of the project. A number of people are slated to speak in opposition of the variance request during a hearing before the City Centre Community Committee on Jan. 5.
