Ruth Bonneville / Free Press ENT - Holland / Trish Cooper Portrait of Playwright, Trish Cooper, taken at MTC Warehouse Theatre, for her upcoming show, Holland. Playwright Trish Cooper used her own experience as the parent of a child with disabilities as the fuel for Holland, a new play about the stress of navigating systems that often feel more like labyrinthine than straightforward, where patience is a virtue and a speedily diminishing resource. In Holland, two parents (Jessy Ardern and Daniel Bogart) come to blows with a social worker (Jennifer Lyon) who pushes their buttons, leading to a fight-heavy comedy about payback and paying it forward.
