From a distance Diana Liashchenko’s bouquet look just like flowers but closer inspection reveals these peonies, roses and hydrangeas didn’t come from her garden - they were in a kitchen. Liashchenko’s soft and pillowy buds are painstakingly formed from sugar, water, and agar-agar and apple juice, each individual petal, handmade from marshmallow cream tinted in pinks, blues, yellows and lilacs, to create one perfect, sweet bloom.
