BROOK JONES/FREE PRESS The Starlette's Burger Saloon at 60122 Juno Rd., just north of Elma, Man., is pictured on Saturday, July 25, 2026. Star Giesbrecht and her husband Lee Giesbrecht opened the Starlette's Burger Saloon in May 2025 after Lee made the dining patio to like an old-fashioned, western saloon from recovered barn wood. The grounds features old buggies as well as an old wagon, and a 1947 Studebaker truck.
