Harmony caught on at the company in 2022 as an office worker but when one of her male colleagues, a crane operator, announced his retirement three years ago, she literally stepped into the driver's seat, replacing him as one of those responsible for tossing scrap cars, fridges and air conditioners around the yard five days a week.
