In Photo - Dahlen Barron a grade 10 student taking part in recording program with local rapper Pip Skid, who has been mentoring Barron and other students over the past few months to record their own rap music. Quinn spearheads "Living in the City," is a Manitoba Arts Council and Louis Riel School Division joint funded program that puts together three local artists with students in the Division's Transition for Success (TFS) program at the Rene Deleurme Centre, an alternative high school. The kids in the program are recording some original rap tracks with local rapper Pip Skid, who has been mentoring them over the past few months.
