Hitzer, plans to sleep on the ice throughout the restaurantÂ’s three-week run, to raise money for three community organizations he holds dear: Boys and Girls Clubs of Winnipeg, FortWhyte Alive and Resource Centre for Manitobans who are Deaf-Blind.
