Stdup – Tyler Lathin  of MyTech Industries  hangs 2014 Year of the Horse banner  on King St. , Downtown Winnipeg – 18 new street banners will be raised in Chinatown on February 4th at 9AM as part of the Downtown BIZ’s annual Chinatown Banner Competition.The BIZ has been displaying banners since 1991. Part of the BIZ’s ongoing banner strategy, the annual Chinatown Banner Competition is hosted by the Downtown BIZ and the Winnipeg Chinese Cultural and Community Centre to celebrate the Chinese New Year in Chinatown.
