Winnipeg Police Patrol Sgt., Cadet Unit Scott McLennan gets a ride provided by children during the 5th annual Skates and Badges event Wednesday afternoon on the skating rink at Central Park. The purpose of the event is to bring the local schools, agencies, businesses, and the police together in the outdoor activity.
