Portrait of Aron Lieberman, 91, is the only one of 10 kids in his family who survived the Holocaust. Aron was a prisoner in Auschwitz when the Americans liberated it. His numbered tattoo that was given to him in the camp is still visible on his left arm. For Carol's advancer on Holocaust memorial week. April 26, 2014 Ruth Bonneville / Winnipeg Free Pres
