REDUCED SPEED ZONES Äî A report that proposes a new bylaw to establish reduced-speed school zones in Winnipeg will be considered Tuesday by the Committee on Infrastructure Renewal and Public Works. If approved by the city, maximum speed limits of 30 km/h would be set up around 171 Winnipeg schools, in effect from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday during the months of September to June.
