A pensive David Milgaard waits at the door of the the Rachel Browne Theatre Thursday evening. He was a to be a guest speaker to discuss the effects of long term incarceration and explore the rehabilitation efforts of our correctional system. The harrowing effects of long term incarceration are certainly known to David Milgaard who served twenty-two years in prison for a crime he did not commit. During that time, Mr. Milgaard became involved with social justice issues and he brought grassroots people into prison to speak to prisoners, often at odds with prison administrators to do so.
