UPDATE 2:226 Cop Nr- This afternoon, at approximately 12:30 p.m., Winnipeg Emergency Services responded to a motor vehicle collision that occurred in the 2000 block of Portage Avenue.   The investigation has revealed that a Dodge Caravan was travelling east bound on Portage Avenue when the driver lost control. The vehicle crossed the median and was struck by a west bound City of Winnipeg sanding truck.    Occupants of the Dodge Caravan, an adult female and two male children, as well as a female driver of the sanding truck were conveyed to hospital. One of the children had initially been transported in unstable condition but has since been upgraded in stable condition. The other people were conveyed in stable condition. Three vehicle MVC with multiple injuries , sending at least 3 to hospital when a van and a city of Wpg dump truck and a third vehicle collided at the busy intersection of Portage Ave at Overdale St. before 1pm Thursday. Emergency responders were dealing with two other MVC's along Portage Ave at the time with a van tidered on the guard rail on the bridge at Turo Creek on Portage Ave at Albany St . as well as a car into a building near Portage and Dominion , roads were slushy at time with snow falling .
