LOCAL - Ebola march Subject: Press Release from the Liberian Community of Manitoba on the Ebola Outbreak .about 50 people took part in the morning march .The Liberian Community of Manitoba invites all Winnipegers to join in to show support for the people affected with Ebola. Supporters will meet at City Hall, Wednesday, September 3rd, 11:00 am, walk to the Manitoba Legislative Building via Broadway, and arrive  there by 12:30, where they hope to present their concerns to the premier. T-shirts will be available for purchase at $10 each with proceeds to the Ebola fundraising campaign.The Liberian Community of Manitoba issued this statement in the midst of the deadly Ebola outbreak affecting thousands of people:“We the Liberian Canadian citizens of the province of Manitoba would like to bring to the attention of the Government and friendly people of Manitoba the humanitarian need of the Government and people of Liberia as a result of the outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in Liberia, our home land of origin. This virus has no known cure and kills within 21 days of infection. This virus is highly infectious and can spread very rapidly through bodily contact with an infected person.
