The Winnipeg Airports Authority Inc. (WAA) issued a challenge part of Winnipeg Harvest’s Grow-A-Row program earlier this summer to grow a vegetable garden to help feed hungry families in our community and it is harvest time now.  At left, Barry Rempel, president and CEO, Winnipeg Airports Authority and representatives from the Red River College, Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites, Manitoba Trucking Association, 7-Eleven (airport location), Winnipeg Airport,  Deanne Crothers, MLA, and the Courtyard by Marriott Winnipeg Airport took part loading up the truck at the field near the airport.
