St. Paul's High School held its 21st annual Ignatian Challenge Award Tribute Dinner at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg on Nov. 4, 2014. In front of a crowd of approximately 900 people, Larry Franz was honoured for his 40 years of teaching at the Catholic preparatory school. Funds raised from the event go to the school¬¹s bursary program, which allows underprivileged children to attend the school. A raffle featuring donated items raised a record $100,000 for the bursary program.
