Stdup Weather The banner attached to the kite high above the CMHR at the Forks. The Museum is not connected to the message it was just where the wind took it. Winnipeg artist Kaoru Ryan Klatt recently known for bringing music to beluga whales in Churchill in a multi year concert series . Today he was testing another art project a 6x6m kite in frigid 40 km/hr winds at the Forks where he has flown kites since he was a kid. Attached to the kite is a large message reading We Love You .
