Winnipeg artist Kaoru Ryan Klatt recently known for bringing music to beluga whales in Churchill in a multi year concert series . Today he was testing another art project a 6x6m kite in frigid 40 km/hr winds at the Forks where he has flown kites since he was a kid .Attached to the kite is a large message reading We Love You .
