MIKE.DEAL@FREEPRESS.MB.CA 110119 - Wednesday, January 19, 2011 - Mark Loewen discribes how he had found cigarette buts inside his garage from students that had been using it as a smoking hut. Since then he has put a lock on the door, but still had to call the school and RCMP many times complaining about the drug use and as well as the mess people were leaving on his property which is across the street from the school. The Steinbach Regional Secondary School built a "smoking hut" that sits on school property for students and faculty to use. See Sandy Klowak story MIKE DEAL / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS
